Samhain is the Sabbat where the feminine energy takes over for the next 6 months. This includes more rest, more sleep, more introspection, more coziness… more being. Less doing.

Samhain is the start of the darkness, which is never something to fear.

Imagine the darkness as a place of comfort, with a mug of hot tea, silence, candle light, and sitting in ceremony with your favourite journal and deck of oracle cards.

This is your chance to know more about you & truly honour this current chapter of your life.

We are in Scorpio season. Here the energy supports us in discovering deeper intamacy, with ourselves and others, looking at where we try to control life & others, looking at what power means to us and if we resonate with those in power, our relationship with money and sharing this items with another (usually our partner).

By consciously pouring love into these areas of our life, they’re bound to expand in miraculous ways.

Three rituals that can help you exceed in these areas are:

1. A ritual for Deep Self-Love and Self-Acceptance.
2. A ritual for Unwavering Trust & Divine Timing.
3. A ritual for Deeper Intimacy in your primary relationship (or if you are single you can do it with yourself).

Let’s do this!

1. Sit in a space where you feel comfortable. Light a candle, smudge yourself with Palo Santo or sage. Read Self-Acceptance Mantra and really believe every word. Sometimes you got a fake it until you make it. Devote time to this practice multiple times a week.

2. Lay your hands on your body, 1 hand on your womb space and one hand on your heart. Empty the mind. Say x3 “I trust in the mysterious unfolding of my life. I trust in divine timing.” Practice this laying down in bed or on the couch as often as you can.
Notice if & when little messages or epiphanies come your way.

3. I really recommend eye gazing for 5 minutes, doing HRV breathing, and doing a heart tantra practice (go to 18:45 in the video below or watch them all) with your partner once a week. Being connected at the heart leads to so much effortless flow in relationship.
